The Exclusive Executive

What an amazing downtown Toronto home! Such pizazz!

Our involvement with this renovation included:

• Painting of all surfaces the main, 2nd and basement floors as well as ceiling & crown, walls, trim, frames, doors, fireplaces, bathroom cabinets and a few pieces of furniture!
• We also updated the colours on all exterior windows, doors and door frames, garage door and garage door frame
• Liaison with both the client and a designer for colour choices
• Worked in concert alongside contractors during a new kitchen installation, complete with flooring, lighting fixtures and general carpentry updates

This project took place over a 3 month period of time in the late summer in order to coordinate with other trades.

We selected a mix of Dulux, Benjamin Moore as well as Farrow & Ball paints and colours; using oil for thetrim, frames, doors, cabinets and furniture.

And last, but not least; our favourite colours!

• The majority of the vertical surfaces (walls): Benjamin Moore Pale Oak OC-20
• Main Floor Powder Room as well as Family Room Fireplace and Wall: Kendall Charcoal HC-166
• All Interior Doors: Onyx Black BM 2133-10 (semi-gloss oil)

Transitional Toronto

This contemporary Toronto semi project was a full interior renovation and the finished product was magazine worthy!

Our involvement with this renovation included:

• Painting of all surfaces the main, 2nd and basement floors as well as ceiling & crown, walls, trim, frames, doors and fireplace
• Painting and staining of 2 staircases
• Provided colour consult for client

This project took place over a 3-month period of time in order to coordinate with other trades.

We selected a mix of Dulux and Benjamin Moore paint and stain products throughout the home.

And last, but not least; our favourite colours!

Industrial Chic

This industrial downtown Toronto condo needed colours to compliment and make the unique exposed concrete pop! We are so pleased with the results!

Our involvement with this project included:

• Painting dry walled ceilings + walls, trim, frames and doors throughout this designer condo
• Provided client with colour consult

This project took place 2 days with selected a mix of Benjamin Moore and Sherwin Williams colours and Dulux products.

And last, but not least; our favourite colours:

• Accent wall + Front Door: Benjamin Moore Hale Navy HC-154

The Sprawling Bungalow

With the proper prep and a few coats of paint and the exterior walls of this home became as stunning as the landscaping!

Our involvement with this project included:

• Power washing + full prep on all exterior surface’s prior to painting
• Painting all exterior stucco surfaces; walls, frames, trim, pillars & overhang. Garage + all exterior painted doors & frames.
• Provided client with colour consult

This project took place over 1-week with all Benjamin Moore products.

And last, but not least; our colour combo to make the front door & garden pop:

• Garage Door: Benjamin Moore Smoke & Mirrors CSP-105

Muskoka Magic

We don’t only paint on land, but on water too!

Our involvement with this renovation included:

• Main cottage: Wood siding, wooden windows, metal windows, soffits, doors + frames
• Boat house: Wood siding, windows, soffits, doors, frames + turret

This project took place over a 2-week period.

We selected a mix of Benjamin Moore paints and stains, with a selection of their colours and 2 custom colour matches; one matching other vinyl and one 50% darker. Remember - you are never limited to companies standard colours!

Favourite colour:

• Main cottage + boathouse walls: Benjamin Moore Willow CC-542
